A future with clean water.
A future with clean water.
Our SPEED™ (Solar-powered Portable Efficient Electrochemical Desalination Device) is a compact, lightweight, and energy-efficient water purification system designed to provide safe drinking water in emergency, remote, and resource-limited environments. Leveraging advanced electrochemical desalination technology and solar-powered operation, SPEED™ can produce fresh water without relying on grid electricity, making it ideally suited for disaster response, humanitarian relief, military operations, and off-grid communities.
Unlike conventional desalination systems, which are often bulky, energy-intensive, and difficult to deploy, SPEED™ is designed for portability and rapid deployment. Its lightweight construction allows users to easily transport the device into disaster-stricken or remote areas, while its solar-powered capability enables operation wherever sunlight is available. In addition, the technology offers excellent scalability, with a projected production capacity of up to 15 liters of potable water per hour from a single unit.
The scalability of SPEED™ enables a single unit to provide clean drinking water for multiple households during emergency situations, delivering immediate relief in disaster-affected areas. By generating potable water on-site, SPEED™ reduces the logistical burden and cost associated with transporting and distributing bottled water, while offering a sustainable, long-term solution rather than a one-time supply resource.
At the core of the system is the proprietary SPEED™ electrochemical desalination cell, a compact, low-maintenance, and cost-effective alternative to conventional reverse osmosis technologies. Designed for portability, energy efficiency, and operational simplicity, SPEED™ addresses the growing need for reliable water treatment in remote, coastal, and hurricane-prone regions. Beyond disaster response, the technology has strong potential for maritime applications, providing a dependable source of fresh drinking water for vessels, offshore operations, and coastal communities where access to clean water is critical.
